City center delray is a three-story mixed-use development located at the prominent intersection of atlantic avenue and swinton avenue in the heart of delray beach. The project combines new retail and office spaces with the renovation and return of doc’s all american, one of the city’s most recognizable local landmarks.
Established in 1951, doc’s is celebrated for its nostalgic character and longstanding presence in the community. The project preserves the spirit of this beloved institution while introducing an art-deco three-story building featuring ground-floor retail, upper-level offices, expansive glazing, a crisp white and blue palette, and integrated landscaping. Together, the new development and revitalization of doc’s create a cohesive destination that celebrates delray beach’s history while supporting its continued growth.
