This project is comprised of 5 buildings designed to be Citizen & Immigration Services offices. These field offices serve as a vital hub for USCIS, offering comprehensive services to applicants, petitioners, authorized representatives, community-based organizations, and the general public. Notably, all buildings have achieved LEED Silver certification, underscoring our commitment to sustainable design practices, while the square footage varies from 38,000 to 53,000 square feet, ensuring versatile and efficient spaces that adhere to high standards of environmental responsibility.
