601 S Federal Residential is a conceptual multi-family study positioned at the intersection of Federal Highway and SE 5th Avenue. The design explores a multi-level residential typology defined by two articulated masses, creating a dynamic street presence and framing internal amenity spaces.

 

A structured parking podium anchors the development, strategically placed between the primary building volumes. Above, a shared amenity deck activates the garage roof with a pool terrace & outdoor gathering space. The ground-level amenities engage the pedestrian realm, reinforcing connectivity while supporting a contemporary and community-focused living environment.
